Europa Bistro is an enchanting Italian restaurant with Tuscan decor, located in the heart of Tacoma's Proctor district. The menu is authentic Italian cuisine and the wine list is one of the top Italian lists in the country.

Alfredo is from southern Italy a place named Caivano, near Naples where he was submerged in a world of culinary delight.  Justine is from the southwest where she grew up on a working horse ranch and always enjoyed baking for her family and friends.

Alfredo and Justine lived and worked in Downtown Seattle before moving to Tacoma in 1996. After working several years in the culinary industry they decided to venture in to their own business with the support of their family.

In 2000 Alfredo and Justine found a location in the charming Proctor District and began planning their future. Europa Bistro was opened in May of 2001 on their third Anniversary.

Alfredo has a passion for life and love of expressing his culinary talent with a world of flavor.  Justine inspires his creativity and compliments his talent with her love of decorating and hospitality. Together they invite you to experience Europa a friendly neighborhood Bistro filled with warm ambiance and tantalizing aroma, offering an exclusive Italian Wine Bar and an array of Italian flavor.
